• I can't find my training certificate in Rave
• How do I save my training certificate?

Self-Help

1. Login to your Rave account
2. Click on "My Profile" link, which is located in the upper right corner of the page
3. On the next page, click on the eLearning link
4. Click on the PDF clickable icon for the certificate you wish to retrieve
5. Follow the options in the dialog box to save the file to the location of your choice
