How Do I Clean the Cache in Firefox 24?

ISSUE:

As a User, my computer is slow, finding errors, and pages are freezing while using Firefox 24.

Self-Help:

Clean your cache.

1. Open Firefox
2. Click the menu button and choose History

             a.   NOTE: If the menu is not visible, hit the ALT key on your keyboard

3. Select Clear Recent History

4. From the Time range to clear drop-down select Everything
5. If necessary, expand the Details section
6. Click to select Cache & Cookies
7. Click Clear Now
8. Click OK

9. The progress wheel may spin for a few minutes, depending on how much data needed to be deleted. Once it has stopped, the process is complete.
10. Close and reopen the browser
