1. To install the Transfer Agent, please go here: https://www.intelegrid.com/upgrade/transferagent.html
2. Close all your browsers and relaunch IE (Internet Explorer).
3. If you encounter any difficulties during the installation, please try the following actions:
- You may need Admin rights on your workstation to install the software
- You may need to add the site sites to your trusted sites (Settings/Internet Options/Security)
