Usage Statistics

Getting usage statistics out of the InteleGRID can be done in multiple ways.

1. Task Completion Statistics

This report will show every task, who completed it, and general time stamps. All entries on this report contain the case ID that the task was associated with.

To view this data:

a. Click on Configuration

b. Click on Worklists

c. Click on 'Browse' for the appropriate Worklist

2. Study Statistics

This report shows all studies that are part of all cases, on a separate line per study. Each study is tied back to the original case ID.

To view this data:

a. Click on Configuration

b. Click on Initiatives

c. Click on Overview for the appropriate initiative

d. Select 'View Usage' from the drop down list

3. Case Data

This report shows all collected data for a case including form data.

To view this data:

a. Select the Initiative name from your Cases list

b. Click Exportf

Note: All three of the above reports tie all data back to the original case ID, therefore lookup tables and merging can be done if you require a combination of data across multiple reports.
