Issue:
After configuring my browser settings and successfully uploading a test image, I am ready to log in to Medidata Medical Imaging (MMI).
Self-Help:
MMI's login process differs depending on whether you log in using iMedidata or not:
Logging in as an iMedidata User
- Go to www.imedidata.com
- Enter your login credentials
- From the Apps section on the left-hand side of the iMedidata dashboard, click Medical Imaging
Logging in as a non-iMedidata User
- Go to www.clinicaltrialimaging.com

Enter your login credentials
Note: If you are a first time user, use the email and password provided to you in your invitation email from Medidata. After doing so, you are prompted to change your password.
- Click Login.
Following these steps should solve your issue. If it hasn’t, please call our Help Desk.
